  1. Course Enrollment Fees: Refunds are eligible within 2 days from the date of enrollment for any paid course on ZONO Academy.
  2. Conditions for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
    • The request for a refund must be submitted within the specified refund period.
    • The user has not completed more than 10% of the course content.
    • Refund requests are subject to review, and approval is at the discretion of ZONO Academy.

 

How to Request a Refund

    • Full name
    • Email address associated with the ZONO Academy account
    • Course title and enrollment date
    • Reason for the refund request

 

  1. Refund Processing Time: Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed, and the user will be notified of the decision within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

 

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Completed Courses: No refunds will be issued for courses that have been completed.
  2. Downloadable Content: Any downloadable materials or resources provided as part of a course are non-refundable.

 

Payment Disputes

  1. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without prior communication with ZONO Academy may result in the suspension of the user's account.
  2. Resolution: If you believe there is an error or unauthorized transaction, please contact us at admin@zonoacademy.com to resolve the issue.
